The property comprises a ground floor, a tower and an upper floor as well as numerous terraces and balconies. It stands on a 50,000 m² plot with approximately 100 almond and fruit trees, a pine forest and a small vegetable garden with lettuce, tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants, melons and herbs.

 

The house is equipped with an alarm system and a video surveillance system. Through an electric gate, the spacious driveway leads to the entrance area. A pergola serves as parking space.

In front of the typical Majorcan double door is a courtyard with benches and white oleanders. Behind the house you will find the 18 x 8 m pool which is heated by solar energy and bordered by lawns, teak sun loungers and parasols. More teak chairs and umbrellas can be found on the house terrace.

Interior

 

The approx. 510 m² living space offers a living area, 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (all with marble and granite) and 2 guest toilets.

 

The ground floor comprises entrance hall, living room with open fireplace, dining room and kitchen, library / TV room, small office, guest toilet and a guest apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Upstairs are the master bedroom and two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and terrace.

 

The stylish kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a black cooking isle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, All Clad cookware, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, and ice cream maker. The glasses are from Riedel and Schott, the crockery from Rosenthal.

In the utility room next to the kitchen you will find a Siemens washing machine and dryer, an extra fridge and storage cupboards. All covering and flooring is made of black granite.

 

All other rooms on the ground floor have terracotta tiled floors. The upper floor and basement have oak floors. All rooms are equipped with floor heating, the bedrooms and the library have additional air conditioning.

All bedrooms are equipped with SEALY luxury beds and mattresses, duvets and pillows, flat screen TVs, and Bose radios, as well as wardrobes fitted with safes. All bathrooms are made with natural stone and equipped with a dressing table mirror, a hair dryer, a jet shower, and much more.

 

A satellite station provides access to the Internet with Wireless LAN and SKY TV. In the TV room you can enjoy a 148 inch TV.

 

 

 

Sport

 

In addition to the large pool there is also a newly built red clay tennis court on the property. For children exists the possibility of group training in Manacor Tennis Club (Rafa Nadal’s club). The trainer can come to the house for private lessons, please contact us for further information.

 

In the basement there is a large fitness room of about 80 m² with a cross trainer, a treadmill, a bicycle, a weight bench, Pilates mats, medicine balls and a ping-pong table. The glazed double doors lead directly into the garden. The adjacent 50 m² wellness room is equipped with a Klafs sauna and saunarium with shower, toilet and massage bench. A masseur can be booked on request.
