With your reservation you are submitting a binding offer to us to conclude a rental agreement. The contract becomes valid with our acceptance of your offer.
An advance payment of 20% of the rent is due within 10 days after the date of our booking confirmation. The rest of the rent is due 30 days before arrival at the latest. In the case of non-payment of the advance payment or full rental price despite a written reminder with a grace period of 10 days, the customer cannot make a claim on the property.
The scope of contractual services is in accordance with the descriptions on our website.
Any additional agreements must be recorded in writing.
4. additional costs
Additional costs such as electricity, gas, water, and the final cleaning are included in the rental price.
The customer can withdraw from the contract at any time before the rental period starts. The withdrawal must be made in writing.
Decisive for the cancellation is the date the written withdrawal is received by the landlord. The landlord can charge a reasonable compensation in case of withdrawal. The amount of compensation is determined based on the agreed rental price. For the calculation saved expenses are taken into account. Instead of above mentioned compensation the landlord may charge a flat rate cancellation fee which is calculated as follows:
Withdrawal up to 60 days before the rental period: 20 % of the full rental price
59 – 30 days before the rental period: 80 %
29 – 20 days before the rental period: 90 %
In case of a later withdrawal the full rental price will be charged.
When an impairment of services occurs, the customer is obliged within the framework of the statutory provisions, to take all reasonable action in order to remedy the disruption and to keep any resulting damages as low as possible. Upon collection of the keys of the house, a deposit of 500 € must be paid.
8. invalidity of individual regulations
The invalidity of individual regulations in the terms and conditions or the contract does not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
9. legal domicile
Legal domicile for any disputes arising from or in connection with the rental is Frankfurt am Main, insofar as the customer does not have a place of general jurisdiction in Germany or has transferred his place of residence or habitual abode to a country other than Germany after conclusion of the contract, or if the customer’s residence or habitual abode is unknown when the legal action is filed, or if the customer is a registered trader or legal entity under public law or public special assets.
